A\u00a0Multiplan<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>(MULT3<\/strong><\/a>) anunciou que distribuir\u00e1 juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio (JCP<\/a><\/strong>) no valor total bruto de\u00a0R$ 120 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>, equivalente a\u00a0R$ 0,245598 por a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O pagamento est\u00e1 previsto para ocorrer at\u00e9 30 de setembro de 2026, com a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de imposto de renda (IR) na fonte de 15%, exceto para os investidores isentos.<\/p>\n

Far\u00e3o jus ao recebimento dos JCP os acionistas inscritos nos registros da companhia em 26 de setembro de 2025. As a\u00e7\u00f5es da Multiplan ser\u00e3o negociadas \u201cex juros\u201d a partir de 29 de setembro de 2025.<\/p>\n

Os juros sobre o capital pr\u00f3prio ser\u00e3o imputados ao dividendo m\u00ednimo obrigat\u00f3rio relativo ao exerc\u00edcio social a ser encerrado em 31 de dezembro de 2025.<\/p>\n
